My brother and I stopped here for dinner tonight for our first time, and y’all it was an amazing experience. The staff was super friendly and the owner was very personable. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheesy garlic bread. It’s safe to say this was probably the best New York style pizza we’ve ever had. Plus, it was made fresh when we ordered it. The food, service, and staff were a 10/10 and we will for sure be back again! Definitely give them a try next time you’re in the area.

Emiliano’s Pizzeria is the best! It has delicious unique style pizza that stands out from all the other pizza places! The ingredients are super fresh and the taste and crust is amazing!!! Ledrich, Seth,Jeff,Sam,Diego and the whole pizza crew have the best customer service and always greet you with a smile and treat everyone like family! The atmosphere has a cool vibe too! The decorations are cool and the music is great! It’s very family friendly and a great place to hangout! I highly recommend it! We are the supreme and the meat lovers and garlic knots and the chocolate cake and it was all fire 🔥 Delicious! Thank you Emiliano’s!!

So I’m happy to leave this review here because the customer service was above and beyond after an initial bad performance a meeting reached out to me personally and vowed to make it right. He remembered my pizza he provided me with excellent service!! Also, the gentleman who took my phone call was awesome as well Being in the Customer Service business I know it’s how you respond to problems that make you an outstanding business and Emiliano’s pizzeria responded extremely well!! Not to mention, the pizza was delicious as seen below!!

When I arrived, there was no one in the store. After waiting and calling out "hello" for about five or six minutes, 2 employee (man & women) came through the front door from the outside of the store. You have a restaurant that is empty, not one customer, you have dirty tables, a pile of trash and dirt swept up and left in the middle of the kitchen, but your staff is outside, doing God knows what instead of being inside cleaning and making fresh Pizza. Like what the hell?When I informed him that I was there to pick up a too good to go order. He looked over at the pizza that was to his right and say, that's all we have. I informed him that that pizza had bugs (gnats)on it. I told him that I had already paid for my order, he said I would be refunded. 1st off there was only cheese and pepperoni, it was old and hard like cardboard not to mention it was open to the elements, not covered in any type of way. Earlier today when I told my daughter I had placed the order, she said her fiancé had went to that location a few weeks ago to get lunch, and he said they only had 2 options and the pizza was clearly old so he turned around and left. Came here today around 5:15 and the place was empty. Ordered 3 custom single slices. One specifically with a oil sauce , ricotta and meatballs. Cashier couldn't ring the brisket or meatballs but said he would make pizza accordingly, cool. 20 minutes later the pizza comes out, decent size slices but barely any of the meat topping for the brisket slice and no meatballs on the other slice. All 3 were very thin and dry. Even the 2 with sauce had barely any. It was also overcooked. Not too much flavor. $20 after tax + tip. Its okayyy but nothing I would seek out.
